Big Mom's power was not nerfed. I'd argue that's when she was the most dangerous. Anyhow, real Low Top Tiers don't struggle with Mid Tiers.

Take someone like Gaban.

If you don't consider that low enough for Low Top Tier, you can even go a level down to the goat Doffy. He literally destroyed Water Buffalo, Sanji and Smoker in seconds.

There is no "Low Top Tier" who is struggling with Tobi Fodder like Yamato. They are one shot material. Even ACoA Luffy in his base which was clearly not Top Tier, Oda had to send Ulti + P1 combined just to have a chance.

Of course she is joining. We just needed Zoro to clearly surpass her (which he is doing this arc with his AdCoC). And then she can join as the new #3 until Sanji further down the line takes back his position, same as when Robin, Franky or Jinbei joined.

Trust me, she will become a VERY special weapon for Luffy, she is already able to hang with Green Bull. No doubt she'll far surpass him down the line, essentially meaning SHP are adding a to the outside world hidden Admiral-level character to the crew same as was the case with Oden back in the day.
