The lightning effects are always there.
That's because some of y'all are convinced Sanji's Germa upgrades are toggled on and off depending on which way his eyebrows are pointed.
We don't actually know that to be true, nor is there's evidence it applies to his speed or exoskeleton.
I won't speak for y'all but I'm gonna have to get more information.
I think this has more to do with the fact Sanji was gearing up for a concentrated strike than a combination.
We don't get to see Concasser often, but it is one of his strongest moves.

This is a very sloppy recreation
Of course the perspective should be changed, maybe with a top view on the right side (with Sanji on the spotlight) and not ground view like the original right part of the spread (where you can see Jinbe on the ground)
Naturally I'm not a illustrator, I don't even know how to draw properly. It's just my opinion on this one.
Given that Sanji had no CoC coating, he'll regen real quick and I also believe he'd try to use Sanji's nightmares first before actually fighting him.
Here, we have options - it might backfire, we might get Sanji vs evil Sanji, or some gag okama nightmares.

I do wonder how does one get the golden picture, because I get them from time to time, is it based on the number of votes, or does it mean Sanji's doing well?

Couldn't care less about Kiringham but he's better than Sommers at least coz that nightmare fruit has a lot of potential.
Anyways some tings stuck out to me over the last few chapters so wanna share.
① Lilith's comments:
- "Energy" is everywhere feel it!
- Fuel is "Passion"
"Passion" seems like a very Sanji type statement so it stuck out to me. Plus this whole energy talk reminded me of the "mother flame" and then Oda's comments about Sanji's abnormal resistance to flame hinting at him setting up something with regards to that so maybe Oda's potentially setting up something here ^^
② Sanji once again using the word "Sin" and passing judgement onto Kiringham
- For the "sin" of ridiculing my crewmate, I'm going to open up a hole in that stupid mask of yours
So Oda is once again leaning into thise theme of "sin" and "judgement" with Sanji.
③ Devil Shiloutte in Chapter 1175 right after Sanji saved Robin
Right after Sanji saved Robin and spoke about the massive roar and shilouette there was a shilouette that looked like a devil.
I know this could be argued as simply being a Domi Revsersi giant and could very well be but iirc the domi-reversi giants are not in the direction of the children, it was the mmas so it felt off to me so maybe that is another foreshadowing.
