Who says it's their peak when Roger is just a lol diff opponent in front of god tiers?
Ancient weapons are clearly stated to destroy the World and we've seen Mother Flame causing world-wide destruction.
Idk about OP surpassing Naruto god tiers because that's when all the planetary alien shit starts but it's definitely enough to surpass a brainless incomplete Juubi which can only spam bijuu damas and nothing else. It fired these bijuu bombs several times and it never caused the same kind of destruction like Mother Flame:
Even Juubi's larger bijuu damas couldn't reach the same kind of destruction.
So yes, Loki absolutely can match that with stronger blasts, he is legit the size of an island which makes giants look like ants, let alone the god tiers from the past. If we look at the aftermath, Juubi's bijuu dama couldn't even wipe out a village with its bijuu dama but somehow we look at what Loki's blast could destroy? What matters is the actual explosion - Loki's Blast was even comparable to the Adam Tree.

Well, Kaido was the first top tier who 1.) went all out, 2.) showed all 3 levels of Haki, 3.) demonstrated some island level attacks, 4.) was beaten by Luffy.
I'd say Kaido is a mid to high top tier but he has a clear disadvantage that he isn't awakened. Oda just needs to bring up awakened top tiers and Kaido can quickly look outclassed.
I don't even think Loki's gonna be the last character, aside of EOS Luffy, BB or Imu, who's powercliffing Kaido.
Another disadvantage is that he got beaten by Luffy who learned ACoC in like 3 hours and just unlocked G5.

Franky getting a huge buff in Usopp's arc 
WCI did nothing for Sanji's growth as a fighter. It wasnt until Wano until he unlocked Germa powers. WCI gave Nami a powerup ironically lol. Egghead was previously thought to have been Franky's arc and yet here was finally see the growth we wanted from him there.
Usopp will get his moment when it happens I suppose....
It's funny because people were mad before when there was no limits and now that there is a HUGE counter (that is coherent with the rest may say) they are mad...
This is a simple system of go applied to the notion of control and oppression, it works well, it's simple to understand.. but people be trying to find problems in anycases.
I'm actually far more critical than you may think. I just don't seek the critic of the content I consume and I will definitely don't fuel the hatred I see here, I'm not hungry for it. That's what you people do. It's not my fault if you can't read..
