Oda didn´t draw the fight at all, he drew the panel where Fujitora helped the slaves and Aramaki got mad.
GB would likely be wielding his sword in his right hand given the placement of it on his hip, but we can see in that panel that he’s already transformed his right arm into tree branches. He at the very least wasn’t wielding his sword in that panel

How is it an excuse to say a character without much screentime hasn´t shown all of their abilities
A lot of waffling. He has faced:

1/ King and Queen, yet he didn’t use his kokuto.

2/ The Scabbards with Yamato, yet he called himself a Forest Man and still didn’t use his kokuto.

3/ He used his destructive Devil Fruit form in Mariejois instead of swiftly blitzing Morley like any great swordsman would. A true swordsman can choose what they cut, which would have limited the damage in Mariejois and made defeating Morley much easier.

4/ He faced Fujitora, yet he used his vines instead of his swordsmanship. The fight was serious we even saw Fujitora bandaged afterward.

Ngl y’all sound like me when I was coping about how Roger could still pull out his gun any at moment. Even if GB does use his sword occasionally in real fights, we’ve seen enough from him to deduce that his main way of fighting is his DF. Given that the only 2 other Kokuto forgers are WSS Mihawk and Sword God Ryuma, it seems pretty clear that forging a Kokuto is a feat reserved for those who reach the absolute apex of swordsmanship.
As said, Aramaki is likely kind of a "secretly incredible swordsman".

Bro is finally reaching a conclusion Admiral fans reached years ago lmfao

Yes, Admirals are fruit mains, but their secondaries are better than your favorite’s main

Green Bull has a Logia fruit but doesn’t even need his fruit to beat the likes of Lhanks in a sword fight

Bad comparison, factually Aramaki hasn´t fought anything remotely seriously, and he said he would only get serious right before Shanks arrived on Wano, before that he was:
1. Jumped by King and Queen, who he thought should have given it a rest and not have tested him
2. Restrained the Scabbards, who he wanted to give him Luffy
3. attempted to restrain the RA´s to get info on their leader

We also have offscreen:
Vs weevil, which I know you yourself point out the island doesn´t have DF usage around it
Vs Fujitora, no one really knows.

He clearly has the blade, since we can literally see the color. There´s no point in pretending otherwise, especially because of headcanon. It would be one thing if Oda or Mihawk ever stated he´s the only living wielder of a black blade, but no statement like that was ever made.

aramaki put fatty into the hospital without using his sword

levels
4 fights and one of them we saw him crying against a YC 7, typical GB of the white blade.

What's this cope lmao, you can see GB's face with injuries from the fight against Fujitora which means they were already in the middle of the fight yet no swordsmanship and we even had Xebec being drawn with a sword when he was shown facing Garp and Roger in the background to show the fact that he faced them with his swordsmanship.

Again, this doesn´t even matter

1. we see no fight, so he could just be angry while previously using it on the revolutionaries.
2.Why are you pretending that Oda shows everything from these characters anyway? Aren´t you a believer in Teach having Xebec sealed inside of him or whatever, which he hasn´t shown on screen despite being in the story for like 2 decades? Oda will show these things when he wants too, that´s how he writes the story.
