The past three years have already been horrible for Zolo but it’s only going to get worse now that we see how manchild Oda reacted to Zolo being more popular than Luffy lol. Oda is going to make Zolo’s portrayal even worse.

Imagine snubbing a character because you don’t like that they’re more popular than your favorite lol, Oda is unironically 8 years old, this man’s brain is long gone and only pre timeskip editors can save his stupid ass.

But anyway it will be hilarious watching Zolo fans mald and seethe over what is to come. “Zolo is Oda’s favorite character”, they always told me, well now Oda is legitimately butthurt that Zolo beat Luffy in a popularity poll lmfao.
where did you get this info, out of your rabbit head ?

@nik87 was right. Zoro is too strong for the manga and this chapter proves it again.

If Oda allowed Zoro to fight like he should the war would be over by now. Since Zoro is too strong for the manga and Oda doesn't know how to handle his character, he once again has decided to hold Zoro back and have him waste time doing little to nothing to advance the plot.

Once Oda is finished wasting manga chapters, he will let Zoro lose and perform some impressive feat that will wow his audience and prove Zoro could have ended the battle/war several chapters again.

I just rate I will probably take another break from the manga until it gets exciting again.

Zoro also defeated Braham, Hody, Killer and Apoo. He gets a lot of fights too tbh.

And there's the noodle guy for Sanji.
You are right. I missed a few. Same with Franky (thanks @SOKIN). In the grand scheme however thats still roughly 10-11 fights, large and small, for Zoro in 1000 chapters.

Like @Fn Lucci says, and what i was trying to convey, is the series doesnt prioritize these things. Its not really about those battles overall

It's funny because zzoro's goal is the most strength and battle oriented out of any of the shp lol

This is unfortunately the case. Zoro is a victim caught between a rock and a hard place:
1) He's become too strong to let run loose.
2) Since he's firmly in the 'token badass', role, Oda is unwilling to make him look bad.

The result is that Oda will stall Zoro for absolutely no logical reason until the plot allows him to advance. Zoro's frequently been a victim of this before — Oda used to either injure/nerf him or just have him occupied with pointless activities.

Now, it's worse than it's ever been. First Lucci on Egghead, where it turns out Zoro could've genuinely one-shotted Lucci at will, now he's stalling him with fodder giants.

Zoro will do absolutely nothing until it's time for the plot to advance, then he'll get activated like a trap card in Yu-Gi-Oh. Oda doesn't know how to handle Zoro early in the arc; insanely lazy writing. Once Loki gets DR'd or the main villain starts going off, Zoro will activate. Atp we can pretty much just say no bandana = he's still messing around.
