Oil is at 119 $ 
Russia is gaining so much from this crisis.
US was crying last year about how India and China buying Russian oil is helping Russia in its war against Ukraine.
And, now America end up creating a situation where Russia is gaining much more than since the time Ukraine war started.
World economies are diversifying sources - even Canada is gaining from this crisis.
I guess in long term countries will reduce their dependency on Hormuz and Gulf
Who knows
But one thing is clear...more than the blockade of Hormuz it's the attacks on energy fields which will hurt world economy. It would take weeks or even months to bounce back from current situation and most likely the situation would get worse for everyone - West or East, North or South - we all be in bind as it's not just about oil and gas but the cascading effects these fuels have on other industries as transportation costs and raw materials

Iranian Parliament is considering a bill to levy toll tax to allow safe passage from Hormuz.
This is nuts as Iran's territorial water doesn't cover entirety of Hormuz anyway.
Trump has made a massive mess and gave Iran a significant bargaining chip.
And, this bum won't even back out because USS Tripoli has reached Singapore and is heading towards Hormuz. It's an amphibious vessel so it's seen like US is looking forward to major crisis - response force.
