You didn't really debunk his complaint though. It makes no sense that random ass Domi Giants could pierce his shield while Warcury can't.
All your comparisons are vastly different than that. You're comparing Cracker using a sword to Kaido using raw heat, Shiryu piercing Old Garp's Armament to Big Mom sending a wave of fire towards Prime Garp who was guarding with ACoC, and an actual attack vs a Conq Haki wave.

Kaido was just gassing himself up. He wouldn’t have ran from Shanks if he thought he would win that fight

Why doesn’t it make sense exactly? Because you’re assuming that Warcury > DR Giants can only be true if Warcury can also pierce Dorry’s shield? That’s not how power scaling works, characters have different fighting styles and specialties. Weaker characters can have better individual stats than stronger characters.
