Well at least with this chapter it proves that we don't need like 30 AdvCOC users to fight the WG in the final war.
The Gorosei fights would still probably need the AdvCOC users but for the Holy Knights, it seems something like the Revs would be enough

People are coping hard. Oda used to balance Luffy being serious/silly, but he's gone all in on him being silly. That can't even be argued.

Pretty much all the iconic moments with Luffy are when he gets serious for a reason.

G4 and specifically Boundman >>>>>>> Goofy


The form itself might have been looking quite goofy upon it's introduction, but it still conveyed the seriousness of Luffy, once he started attacking, so it had the best of both worlds while G5 is just aaaaah funny slap stick cartoon humor all the time at the expanse of luffy's character.

Like moments as Luffy laughing his ass off next to a dead Vegapunk is just shitting on over 1000 chapters of characterization....

iirc Oda even admitted people wouldn't like G5, or something along the lines, but he just loves to draw it..Maybe @Afroking is right and Oda was replaced already

This has been going for weeks, but in this chapter between DR and regen, it's been very noticeable how some people can't wait for the story to develop before starting the doomposting. Because even though many don't like it, Oda is a very intelligent writer, especially when it's a story focused on a single arc
