Nah, if so, Oda could have told us that through Rocks, who literally was doing exposition about Imu and the ancient lore? There´s no reason for Oda to not have him bring it up. His ancestor fought Imu, so he must have known how-a special DF.

Lets go through what we have:
- We have 2 factions, Ancient Kingdom/Joyboy and 20 Kings/World government
- In egghead we get a "intro" into the fighting capabilities of both
- Both use 3 things, tech, df, haki
- However, Vegapunk explains us clearly the AK had the tech advantage (to the point imu despite being 800+ years old cant operate or replicate AK tech) and they also were more in tune with the Devil fruit research, the only one even associated with haki was joyboy only
- Meanwhile ever since the intro of the gorosei the word "strange haki" is mentioned, their teleportation moves seems also haki, and the first HK we saw on the screen EVER got killed was through eating a df (dodgers haki man crew couldnt do it) while the thing SPECIAL about HIM (Harald) was to be said he has COC on top of immortality to make him a threat
So if anything, so far the one that seems more to rely on Haki is the WG

After Gaban explicitly tells Luffy he must use AdCoC on the Holy Knights, and after Luffy explicitly used it on Sommers, Oda didn’t draw any black lightning when Luffy attacked Imu, even when Loki stated that Imu was the source of the island-wide CoC
This is literal confirmation that invisible AdCoC exists, which 1000% implies Wizaru negged AdCoC Luffy
