Ngl I doubt he's a Lunarian because a:
- they were genocided persumably by tge WG themselves
- we haven't seen a hint of white wings on him

- Imu hated his people for some reason
- he hides his wings/cut them off/they are devilish actually
But it's likelier he is part of a progenitor winged people of whom Birkans, Shandians, Skypieans and Lunarians originated from
