Trump isn't the guy who would get into war just because Bibi asked him or pressured him.

They all are into this - US, Israel and the Gulf.

Only reason Gulf isn't going on offensive is because it would come across as in war with Israel against an Islamic nation and would definitely cause spill over to entire region and even beyond.


I won't be surprised if Gulf funded Trump either through money or deals. Last year all these Gulf nations agreed to invest trillions of dollars in US.

Iran is no idiot. Iran knows such war wasn't possible without Gulf support. Oman is not getting attacked for a reason.

I don't think Gulf is getting criticism they deserve.

I think you need to distinguish emotions and what's really in front of us.

Trump isn't trying to destroy world economy. Infact, if you carefully observe US actions then US is showing restraints.

Do people really think US - world's strongest military state and economy has only this much to strike?

They are focusing on trying to open Hormuz as it's taking toll on world's economy.

You can argue that it's a strategic mistake to not control Hormuz beforehand.


You can also argue that US, Israel and the Gulf started this war due to some vested interests but this doesn't imply US is letting world economy go to shit for the sake of war.


And, US can end this war immediately. They have clear exit route - stop all strikes with immediate effects.


Iran won't go on offense without any strikes from US / Israel.

1) World will diversify itself and would stop relying too much on the Gulf and Hormuz for oil and gas.

We might even seen some sort of initiative regarding these choke points we have in the world.


2) Weakening of NATO - this war has created a big rift between NATO and current US administration

3) Futher isolation of US and decline in it's hegemony.


Trump said - elect him and US would be tired of winning but If I have to say - Israelis are winning here the most

Gulf, Iran, NATO, US - all of them are losing more than they bargained.
