So imu's power or skill is called Devil Fruit not just Devil, does that mean he can create Devil fruits? This could mean that the Gorosei Zoan forms and Shamrock's Cerberus are not from natural Devil Fruits but fruits made by Imu himself.

My thought is it's Oda trying to be ambiguous again- intentionally being vague about it, so he can go "Oh, I didn't list the name of the fruit? Oops!" just so he can keep it a secret a little longer.
