If the leaks I hared are accurate Imu has white hair and dark skin which seem to be Lunarian features

This might mean he is a Lunarian which leads to me to think that the reason he had King improsoned was because he did not want other Lunarian around (which creates a plot hole as to why he din't kill him but One piece has several plotholes to begin with)

It could be like a Kars from JoJo situation where Imu commited genocide against his own race
