I'm not worried about Kizaru.
Kizaru and Akainu are maybe the two elements that don't have to worry about potency. They are the two most potent elements in base in terms of effectiveness in combat. Light can be extremely lethal against anyone, Kizaru can conjure up a light sword and skewer you, Big Mom's only effective elemental attacks were when she combined all her homies to mimic light lasers and swords.
Akainu we already know maims anyone.
This is why I've been saying awakening is extremely important for Kuzan specifically.

Why the focus on admirals though? Taking the Ragnir hype at face value, Kaido is cooked too and one shot material essentially.
Don't forget Kizaru's biggest asset; being able to launch physical attacks at the speed of light. Just imagine a fist with maxed out Haki coming at lightspeed. That's fucking busted.

Bro don't need to downplay Ragnir ice to defend Kuzan or vice versa
If someone like Loki says that, then it's legit.
Means Loki himself couldn't break the ice either no matter how busted he is with all the monstrous strength and haki without the squirrel allowance.
Need more context.
It could also mean Loki is confident that the enemy won't be able to break out, and not necessarily mean that NO ONE can break it.
But for now it sounds like Ragnir is just that op.
The ice from Ragnir also looks like some magic/hax shit and not some natural elemental ICE.
