I'm pretty sure Devil Imu is either his hybrid mythical form or Zoan mythical form if he's like Nika. The black blob could be his sealed/cursed form.

No the HKs recognized him this chapter. But when hes possessing people outside hes in that black shadowy appearance.

He definitely has wings, but those aren't Lunarian wings, they only appear when he turns into gear evil.

And I think the white hair are also part of the transformation just like Luffy has white hairs with gear 5. Because Oda clearly insists on the music part of the transformation being exactly like Gear 5. there are 2 pages of that (this is gonna be awful in the anime lmao.)
