That goes for any hero tbh, maybe more so Endeavour. Still should be nowhere near Machia in the powerscale.

Machia is so busted that Dabi could use his blue flames with no restrictions when he was on top of him because they were a literal non factor to him....let me repeat that, Machia wouldn't even know Dabi's flames hit him lmao. These are canonically more potent than Endeavour's flames.
