Loki has the better actual character spread but Imu has the best build-up imo. That shit with the massive summoning pentagram in the sky + everyone reacting to his presence + houses starting to move was great
Imu would've been 10/10 if we had proper body shot instead of that zoomed out panel where we barely the details. (Likely next chapter)

Imu's was super flashy, but Xebec and Loki's were cooler imho.
Both were far more down to earth, but had an incredible impact. Loki was this MASSIVE ancient giant feared by his whole race, fated to destory the world, his presence felt in all underworld, Yggdrasil shaking when he wanted, etc., so much that even seastone could barely contain him:
Xebec was pure aura. Not to mention, showed with both WB and Shiki AS SUBORDINATES behind him. And bam: in the presentation Oda puts the Admiral killing too:
