What is this skill that mohawk and ryuma has that you speak of? show us panels of that skill. Cause the manga sure as hell doesn't imply they have more skill than soyboy or imu. The exact opposite is shown through their portrayal.
It's not because they use weapons you clown.
It's because they have the best haki portrayals.
And coating your weapon with haki is a very basic skill pretty much anyone can do.
So if kokuto was about having the strongest haki, soyboy and imu would have it. They don't. ie kokuto is not about having the strongest haki.
