I was skeptical myself when the chapter dropped and the wording implied only now with his strength he could do it but then we cut to Loki and hit it one time so i’m thinking it was kinda weird. Not for me. Imu and gaban both considered HK amped harald unbeatable and threat to the world and gaban knows how powerful shanks/WB were. Yet loki beat the shit out of HK harald and beat harald. Loki is god tier confirmed, Only below imu and joyboy/OG Nika.
