Sanji never went all out since the TS, beside Hell memories or spectre skill he didn't show off a lot.

In an all out fight maybe Sanji can show Okama moves, especially if he didn't like them because he has PTSD with them haha

The message was that Sanji was stronger than them but didn't need to use his strength because he was above them, his kindness alone is stronger than them

Judge crying after his sons didn't feel bad for him is the epitome of this message, Sanji was both stronger than them and a more loyal and kind human being than them, yet Judge couldn't understand that
