Because Mihawk has no feats. People need to leech on anything that upscales him. That's why they dismiss Ara Maki's black blade and even the black axe of Domi Reversi Brogy as fake, yet Imu spawning a black weapon via his DF means it's a black blade forged the same way as Mihawk's and Ryuma's and connected to Mihawk.

As for similar Sword-Style, it's no different than Brook's Assault Squad, it simply means that Imu & Mihawk are from same Ancient Group, this Chapter isn't trying to prove that Mihawk & Imu are Family, it's instead indirectly confirming that Mihawk is also One of 20 Founders,

Zoro's Demon Techniques are Demon Horse, Demon Crow/Bird & Demon Bull, which very conveniently reference Three of Gorosei,
He also have another Demon Technique called Enbima Yonezu which means "Charming Demon Sleepless Night",
(There is even an Imu-Like Shadow behind him when He Performs it)

It's no coincidence that Imu & Mihawk are strongly tied to Night, both were given charming designs, and portrayed as Demons,
Can't the same be said about Cavendish/Hakuba? Sleepless Nights is literally his life story, and He is indeed the Charming Demonic Royalty,
That Technique was describing for us these Double-Layer Eyed People,

These OG Rulers are like Demons because They Possess People,
They can have Sleepless Nights for same reason,
They are Charming, because They obviously would pick Handsome/Beautiful Hosts,

I won't be surprised if Lunarians aren't actually Hunted because They are Enemies, but because They are Ideal Hosts for them. Who wouldn't wanna be reborn inside such Invincible Body? (And it's not like Oda gave the only Lunarian We saw so far an Ugly Design, but far from it),

Zunesha also have Double-Layered Eyes, and it works perfectly as a Prison, I wonder if Lily is living inside or maybe like Vander Decken.

@Salah WG one gap in your theory about double layered eyes: why doesn't Cavendish have double layered eyes per default to reflect someone else is inside him, but only when Hakuba comes out? As if Hakuba himself has the double layered eyes.
