This battle shonen doe, most people like mary sues like Minato and Shanks despite being nothing characters. As long as he has cool fights, aura, and a good backstory he’s gonna get glazed

Also, for a villain who largely has relied on all these minions to do the dirty work for him and hides in the shadows...for him to be a ripped twink viking makes no sense at all, either.

He should look leaner and more older, with more of a focus on his powers then being a physical powerhouse.

Thematically, him being lean and aged, like a Palpatine type at least makes more sense.

With someone like Kaido, it can be theorized he's off raiding every so often, which is why he's in good shape.

But Imu probably hasn't been out of that room in centuries. Would you tell me he's listening weights and sparring with the Gorosei to keep fit? Like, you don't *stay* strong once you build muscle and then do nothing afterwards.
