Who follow him ? Zoro got the whole country including kings and admirals to follow his plan in dressrosa.
Like i said wci sanji fucked up big time so did luffy by being a bitch and letting him walk all over him.

Sanjis input has no bearing on the situation. It has no affect on nami and her thoughts on the situation and shes handled her business on her own.
Difference being if zoro didnt step in after the fight between ussop and luffy then luffy wouldnt have just about kept himself together and acted like a bitch and a shitty captain like he did on wci where he let sanji walk all over him and started begging the exact response that a crew could fall apart for even nami was telling him to leave.

A good leader should not put his crew in danger just bec of he has lust over women . If you gonna fight alone , there is no problem but if you have a crew which you are responsible for , you should leave some ideals at behind which may put crew in danger.. Aside from leadership , a crew member should not turn into okama as soon as he is apart from his crew with broken determination

No issue in being a Okama tbh.

They just play him bad with the words and stuff.

As I said he'd too sentimental to be a good leader that ultimately costs a lot.

Ok I didnt know that. Like I saod I wasnt sure if he apologised. But I do know for sure that when Sanji first butted in Jinbe had no intention. Not until Sanji said what happened to Nami all those years.
