Elbaph and other D. Clans lose Void War.

Ragnir freezes Galleila because they want to help the future generations use Pluton when Joy Boy returns.

The score Rocks wanted was Pluton, and why he wanted the Galleila Giants: Pluton is a ship built by humans and Giants in Water 7. It needs both humans and giants to be operated. This also explains why Imu is attacking Elbaph.

Water 7/Enies Lobby showed Imu's desire for Pluton.

Caribou went to Hachinosu to tell Blackbeard Pluton is in Wano. Kuzan went to Punk Hazard to confirm the existence of the Galleila Rocks couldn't find awhile ago.
