There is nothing broken about it, at least nothing that we haven't seen before.

First off, Imu didnt try to disperse its ice with his haki but with his devil fruit instead so already wrong and you just started hyping it...
Second, who told you it makes anyone into a top tier by eating it? What's so great about it?

Third, all we see from the ice rat we have already seen from Mero Mero no Mi.
Not even the previous user can unpetrify its victims, the same shit as >only rat can thaw the ice.
Blackbeard wanted it's power for himself and we know BB only aims for top fruits. He didn't want any smoke with it and was about to kill Boa because he knew, even an emperor would be trashed by that fruit.

its low effort trolling, unless you seriously believe that Ragnir is hoping that a character weaker than himself beats Imu for him.

There´s no way to make sense of that if Loki wasn´t already stronger than Ragnir, before he even ate Nidhogg

Not with a Sword.. Mihawk(Yoru) could not have won over Ragnir.. Part of the test requirement to be a success was it needed to
be Hammer vs Hammer.. Name any character, Imu or whoever, if they don't have a famed Hammer it's dunzo.. Maybe someone like Garp could have with his bare fist..

Where was it said Imu's aim was to break the ice? Maybe I missed it among Oda's messy paneling but I haven't seen a panel where he directly targets the ice with his haki. Also Imu still nerfed nonetheless we will prob see greater haki in future that can cancel Ragnir ice which again =/= breaking

All of imu's attacks are haki attacks. Omen itself is coated with maki which is a variant of haki it seems. Nerfed in general doesn't affect AP in one piece and even then this imu's haki is already confirmed to be much much stronger than PK/Yonko level haki.

Well do you have proof that Loki was stronger than Ragnir before?

In their clash Ragnir won. RAGNIR overcame Loki’s AdvCoC and destroyed his hammer

I want to remind you that in the previous chapter, Loki clashed with Imu boosted Harald either that same hammer. And the hammer was fine. Therefore Ragnir hits harder than Imu boosted Harald

All this was happening WITHOUT Ragnir using his ice on Loki. Just base Ragnir clashing with Loki broke his Advcoc. No Busted ice required

Ragnir was never stated to require someone STRONGER than himself. It was stated to require someone STRONG ENOUGH. And Loki was just Strong enough
