Firstly, the user Starbound was neither summoned nor invited to testify; furthermore, the defense did not mention this witness, nor did we plan to call upon him. This fact alone makes it impossible to accept this "evidence" in court; it is a blatant attempt to defraud and cause immense harm to our client, which brings us to the next point:

This post has been tampered with; our client never wrote such words.
I commissioned the Worstgen police to locate the post on the forum, and no such post EXISTS.
This demonstrates that the user Starbound is deliberately attempting to incriminate our client using fabricated evidence.

Consequently, I move that the user Starbound be barred from having any influence on the proceedings and disqualified from being called as a witness.
