I don't know why people use things like Imu not instantly negging Loki and Luffy as proof that he isn't the final villain

BB's legit the character that's been clowned the most in the entire story. He comes out on top in the end but Oda makes sure to embarrass him every single time without fail

I think BB has a legitimate shot at being the final obstacle especially after the Rocks backstory but I wouldn't use Imu's showings to push that argument in either direction

Difference is in the portrayal itself.

BB hasn't been portrayed as the king..he started off as a rookie pirate with few team mates to make a name for himself and achieve his dream. His journey has been like Luffy - sail out to achieve dream, gather crew and rise in power and move upward in ranks with time.


IMU is totally different story. He got portrayed as the King of the World from past 800 years. The top most on the hierarchy with absolute strength.


IMU getting sneaked by Luffy or getting stalled by Loki (not even hybrid Loki) in his first ever showing on screen with face reveal shouldn't be the justified by any means
