Possible R16 matches

Assuming big teams win their R32 matches

1) Germany vs winner of France / Norway group I

2) Winner of Netherlands vs Morocco in R32 vs S. Korea (team which finishes second in the group stage)

3) Brazil (assuming they win against Japan/Sweden) vs second place team in Group I - France or Norway

4) Mexico vs England

5) Argentina vs winner of Australia vs Egypt/ Belgium/ Iran

6) winner of Portugal/Colombia group vs Most likely Switzerland

7) Runner up of Portugal vs Colombia - likely to face Spain

Bruh Colombia vs Portugal match next week is so important. Runner up of this group has Croatia/ Ghana in R32 and Spain in R16.

While winner has easier path to R8

These fixtures were clearly designed assuming Argentina and Portugal will top their groups and win in R32 and R16 against decent teams to have them face each other in Quarterfinals

If Portugal tops their group then it's likely that we will see Argentina vs Portugal in Quarterfinals

If Portugal comes second in the group then we will likely to see Argentina vs Colombia in Quarterfinals + Portugal vs Croatia in R32 + Portugal (if wins against Croatia) against Spain in R16.

Netherlands, Japan and Sweden got tough out there.

Winner (Netherlands) will likely face Morocco

Second place team will likely face Brazil

Third place team might face Germany or France/Norway depending upon where they lie in rank when it comes to 8 best third place teams.
Welp, getting this group in the first place is crazy. Japan always gets tough matches for some reason, and they handle them really well.

Make or break match for our group of circus monkeys. Anything other than a win against Qatar puts us out of R32 chances.

Which means one of two things will happen:
- Either we clinch out the most back breaking 1-0 haram ball win
Or
- The game ends 0-0, wet farting our way out of the competition

Let's find out together, everyone:josad:
so Qatar has no chance of winning??
