Hybrid form offers you best out of both the world.
Human type characteristic + Zoan characteristic.
Hybrid form is not going to be Size focussed, it will be bigger than base Loki ofc but The size won't be near Real Zoan form.
For Kaidou his Defense increase rapidly in Zoan form. Speed is a controversial take given he was dodging Snakesman in Dragon form.
Kaidou main passive ability is Dragon scales which gets inherited on, Loki zoan powers is mostly about size. He might be able to use Lightening in breath in Hybrid but I don't think so it would have more AP/DC than Zoan form.
And Base Loki can already use Lightening attacks.
Only special thing Hybrid might add is Bigger form than base and more speed (idk about this), following the size logic, you will slower more big you get.

Zoro didn't lose consciousness like Sanji did. Zoro also could get up on his own according to Chopper. Compare Zoro and Sanji against Imu, Zoro already looked infinitely much better. Zoro vs Imu was just interrupted. Imu literally 1 shot Sanji.
Zoro is also bound to suprass Mihawk someone who is stronger than Shanks who beat Loki. Sanji is capped at Prime Gaban's level who is much weaker than Loki.
