Tbh it can be like Kaido where it looked like Luffy with aCOA damaged him but then we later learned the hits were in fact still too shallow. Imu is likely going to eat much stronger hits, maybe from both G5 Luffy + Hybrid Loki at the same time
Also it seems to be a G3 punch looking at the size of Luffy fist compared to Imu's head (who is giant sized there).
