The suit does not give more durability, it is flexible, they are clothes. The impact of any attack Sanji would feel them with his own body, he needs his own durability to tank the attacks. Enma does not give greater strength, a sword power depends on its user power. Enma's power up consisted on Zoro's training his Armament Haki. Armament = power and defense. That is above suit's "durability" or power increase. Haki is a more efficient way to boost your power and defense than Germa's technology.
And Sanji's invisibility probably will have some sort of limitation, Oda does not give good abilities without a handicap or some kind of limitation for free.
So their PUs are similar.

The suit boosts his durability. Sanji himself commented on it.

No it boosts his durability just like when sanji got sent through buildings by page one.
He even commented on it then too. Was that a piercing attack ?

Most of these are assumptions, they have not been stated in the manga.For example:sanji not being able to see his own body, the suit is not durable it's flexible.
And you said zoro need to train his armament haki to use enma, isn't that his own power and not the sword ?
And in what way are they similar ? Does Enma makes zoro invisible ? Does enma enable him to fly. And most importantly, Enma is NOT a power up. It does not immidiately gives zoro anything. It's like a training equipment,u even acknowlegde it yourself.
At first glance the suit clearly gives more abilities to sanji, and i know that is true because of how much you have to assume to defend your case.Now if i strip everything down to only describing what does what, what do you think gives more to the user without needing much from them ? Try listing raid suit and enma unique abilities down, which list is longer ?
