I hope Cabo verde gets destroyed in knockout by Argentina. Their football is the worst kind i have watched in the tournament. Its illegal they have all of their players at the box.

I think verde played really well. Their management and players deserve an applause for coming out with right strategy and executing it.

Their first game was against Spain. Having strong defense against Spain was a necessity.

Against Arabia, Verde simply needed a draw. Going on offense means leaving the defense open for counter and risk conceding a goal. Being on defense to form a cage was a right strategy.

Tbh, Colombia should adopt Verde's strategy to form a defensive cage in their match against Portugal. They just need a draw to secure top position and avoid facing Ghana / Croatia in R32 and Spain in R16.

Going on an unnecessary offense against Portugal could backfire especially when it's must win game for Portugal.

Sometimes it's not about winning but doing things which matters the most.
