I wonder if people took hissy fits in the EL double spread when Luffy and Ussop were the main figures and Zoro and Sanji were shunted to the side.
Same things happened here. You look at that page, you're drawn to the two in the middle, Luffy and Jinbei. Jinbei's given pride of place because it's his first big Strawhat double spread after joining and he's awesome. Zoro and Sanji are also at the front because they'll be the main figures in the fight, but they aren't quite as central. Rest of the Strawhats are further back, because they aren't the main fighters.
