King of the Sky (Sora)
King of Love (Power of Love)
King of Passion (Passion burning hotter than any flame)

One of these 4 is a safe bet.

If I had a choice, Sanji would pick something else than King of Love.

I'd prefer King of Skies, as a nod to his ability to fly and his mother, Sora.

Sky (Sora) and Heaven (Tengoku) share the same base kanji.
