Like I have said multiple times already, if you're not from the US, you would not understand or care straight up. This isn't like other countries outside of North America/South America that just say the country that the game is hosted in. It would be completely disingenous to just say "USA" for where the games are being played

Well I didn't read what you all said but I am quite confident many would have wanted Argentina out. Not out of hate but having Messi and Argentina out is such a relief for other countries.
