I would agree (well, not necessarily that Ragnir is stronger than Xebec or Harald. Lol.), but Gunko had no way to beat Gaban either, not in terms of raw power. But she still pulled it off. Because Gaban had people he had to protect. And Gunko already proved that she could take down most of the SH's around her right now, and Loki is heavily injured and in no condition to fight back effectively.
Imu could also give her a boost via Omen as well. I'm not saying she would WIN if she fought all of them, just that she has a chance if she's smart, and Imu could easily make her do it if Oda doesn't want to avoid having his villains do the logical thing for plot convenience. 😅

It is not like blades have to be his kryptonite for it to be true that blades are Luffys weakness.
"Weakness" does not mean "uniquely weak towards" or "disables their powers" or whatever the fuck people think it means.
The point still stands. Put a Top Tier or God tier opponent against Luffy who can cut him? They will slice and dice rubber boy apart. It is why Oda kept Nusjuro from him in Egghead. If Luffy fights a peer or superior and they have a blade?!

With that said since Loki is still heavily injured, he'd probably have to rest for a while before most likely coming back in hybrid, so I guess Luffy will have to redeem himself until that point

As funny as it would be if Luffy got the Kidd treatment after all the buildup, I think Luffy will just keep on fighting with a wound. I don't really think there's an alternative, since Imu doesn't seem like he's in a rush like Crocodile was when he stabbed Luffy, so either he kills Luffy, or Luffy keeps fighting for a few chapters.
I don't think either Loki or Gunko would really work as stall devices at this point, and Zoro/Sanji are busy, so unless we're about to get the craziest Jinbei upscale of all time....
The best case scenario is that Imu did actually low diff Luffy, but he fucks around for a few chapters before getting taken out by a plot device....which is just so disappointing after 10 years of buildup.

A *healthy* Luffy in his strongest form couldn't land a hit on Imu, got his gigantic COC punch easily blocked by Imu's palm and was already running away and got called out for being too weak. What is he going to do while wounded?
I guess the fight might continue if Luffy's fruit saves his ass by granting him another PU out of nowhere, but otherwise he's done for the time being.
