I'm probably the only one that noticed this but there's a trend of characters getting hit by CoC infused attacks that always unlocks CoC a few chapters later.

Notable examples of this are when Luffy got bonked in the nuts by Kaido's Ragnarok.

Few chapters later,

Another example, when Zoro got hit by Kaido's Raigo Bonkgua.

So I guess the myth of characters getting hit by Adv CoC attacks are real.

Now with Sanji...

Sanji kicked by top 1 of the verse, does that means Sanji will unlock the biggest CoC in the series?

All I know is that this is how female characters will react to Sanji's massive, thickest and veiniest CoC:

Sanjino has no kingly ambition, he has to make one up.
I guess he will wish to be stronger than Marimo.
That's how Zoro will make Sanjino into a king.
He will never achieve that ambition but it will make him into a king.

Knowing Oda, black flame is just gonna be another "stronger kick" just like IJ.
