I don't think Gyaban will die here, but, it WOULD be a very meaningful death.
I do think Gyaban will die sooner rather than later, and his death will inspired Colon to join the Straw Hats, and, because of Gyaban's death, they will accept him.
Also really worried about Rayleigh dying. There are enough characters I have death flags on, and I really don't like characters dying.
I've been expecting Kuma to die for a long time, and I HATE IT.

I really think it's her kicking Imu in the face, she's such a badass character, and, in a lot of cases, Oda will make a character look bad before they pop off. Look at Kyros in Dressrosa.
I've been placing Boa in Elbaph for awhile, she said she wanted to go to Luffy, and she should know where he is after Egghead. The Kuja Flagship, the Perfume Yuda, can easily sail through the underwater and Calm Belt regions of the world, as the Yuda that operate the ship are feared by even Sea Kings.
I cannot even imagine the rage Boa will feel upon seeing the King of the Celestial Dragons attempt to murder the man she loves, who saved her from her own grief

While Enma maximizes its user's Haki by drawing it out of them to its apex, Bofu seems to literally suck the life/Haki out of everything in it's path.
I'm wondering if Bofu was enough to take Luffy out of Gear 5, just by draining his life force. If the Blade was able to drain life from the Adam Tree Yggdrasil, it must be something else.
Zoro might actually have to open his eye for this one.
