We don't know if Yoru has special abilities. We do know that Enma has special ability.

Thats because of lack information we got which i agree, but if swords or Blades like Murakumogiri had special abilityfor his Immense Durability toeven withstand both WB and Gura-Gura no Mi Power.
Then Yoru most likely had sum.

Sea God Sword Gotta be on Saijo
cuz for a guy who got called as Sword God, Ryuma sword is "only" OoWazamono.
I still think Nemesis is one of Saijo and especially a Black Blade too.

As soon as Whitebeard told us Luffy would challenge this whole world to a fight, to me it was obvious that the Twenty Kings would literally return and fight Luffy. Oda basically confirmed that when the Twenty Kings defeated Joy Boy. The Twenty Kings defeating Joy Boy is foreshadowing them losing to Luffy.
