Okay, so i think i've formed my headcanon for what's going to happen with Luffy almost killed. (my god this saunds mad bonkers)
Luffy's body will be taken over by Joy Boy will/ghost (i don't know how else to interpret it at this point) - this will be preceded by some kind of conversation/flashback between them.
Others have already mentioned this.
That's why Imu couldn't take them over - their bodies already house some kind of power / spirit.
(In the case of Loki, this is very puzzling - God of War?
This is the most plausible option for me (it will still be the biggest craziest event in the manga).
I don't see what else could bring Luffy back from the abyss he's currently in.

So, they are not supreme grade.
Maybe his own that he didnt put in front of the throne is Supreme though.

@DarkWitch @Jackteo if zoro beats the sword of the sheperd family here, then it becomes redundant later on.
