Daz Bones. The Skypea guy I don't remember the name. Kaku. Zombie Ryuuma. The octopus guy from Fishmen Island. Hard to say Pica since Sanji didn't had his Dressrosa fight but he didn't beated anyone at the same level of above until Queen and then King was far superior. Egghead same thing Sanji beated... No one? And I'd argue Lucci is superior to Queen. Not as much as King but still superior. And right now they are both facing similar levels opponents. I'd argue Sanji is fighting a slightly stronger opponent than Zoro.

Bentham got the better of him in the one exchange they had. Daz didn't use his DF, but Bentham didn't use his steel boots either. Daz would be favoured to win, but the mechanics of his DF open him up to a superior martial artist, which Bentham appeared to be.

Also, Mysterious Four > General Zombies in rank.

Hyouzou. Weak. Wadatsumi was obviously much stronger, and he effectively got one-shot.

Crocodile is same tier as Doflamingo that doesn't make them equal.

But yea some of the opponents the gap was so high that Sanji and even Luffy would never beat them. That's the case of Daz Bones. Sanji would never beat Kaku but the gap isn't as big as Bones.

Daz Bones is impossible diff for both Luffy and Sanji at Alabasta arc.

Pica is the same. Neither Luffy or Sanji could beat him.

Kaku is extreme diff leaning Kaku to Luffy and mid/high diff leaning Kaku to Sanji.

King is similar. Mid/high diff leaning Luffy (giving him ACoC and G5). Extreme diff leaning King to Sanji (giving him exoskeleto and ifrit jambe).

Wadatsumi was a team up with Jinbei, Queen was nerfed by Chopper.

Apart from that he took L's from Vergo, Doflamingo, Judge, Yuen, Kizaru, Horse Gorosei, Crab Gorosei, Black Maria... there are probably more I'm missing... maybe you could include Page 1 because he ran away.

These are just the L's he's taken in battle, if we include general L's that list would be much bigger, for example bleeding out on fishman island, getting cucked by Pudding etc etc. It has not been a great decade for my boi lol

If he beats horse holy knight, that will be the first 1v1 he's won post timeskip.
