I told y'all Aramaki put King in a far worse state than KoH Damnation Zoro, just with his vines and you didn't believe me.

This is the issue — Old Gaban is logically the weakest or one of the weakest top-tiers. A good point of reference would've been to have Sommers clash with him again for example, then we would've seen a before and after.

Sommers was more than likely a bum to Zoro before, and now he's not, so clearly Sommers is far above any high tier but how does he compare to say Yamato, Law, Gaban, Ryokugyu etc... Obviously Oda doesn't care about such things but without a point of reference, we'll never be able to scale these guys beyond "Super Sommers is significantly stronger than King".

I think pre Wrath Sommers would have gotten his sword cleaved through by Zoro like Gaban did to him and pre Omen he would have not been able to sent Zoro flying like this.

Omen = big stats (Super Sommers)
Wrath = aCoC counter force basically

He didnt fought 100 percent king and defeat him but his statement about loosing face if he cant even beat mere commenders give him the benefit of doubt.

With 50 or 100%, there's no difference. Aramaki gauged King's powerlevel and came to the conclusion that he's an utter fodder in comparison to him. It's not like King wasn't able to use his flames at least... Also, King had help from Queen and the other Beast pirates and they still got stomped.

Yeah but that's just letting us know Sommers is above King / Marco etc. 103DD being blocked and pushed back is a really good feat ... as much as some people try to downplay it.

We are seeing now Sommers doing the same to Zoro, while Sanji gets up from where he was and Killingham presenting him Longinus at the same time Sommers shows Gram.

Its funny that Oda dedicated so much to Sommers new weapon against Zoro here lol, maybe because Sanji has no CoC yet and that will probably the focus on his fight
