Thee aren’t remotely the same situation though. Knights of God can have their immortality slowed/paused by successive Conquers attacks and have specific vulnerable points.

as far as we know any attack that doesn’t douse King’s flames while he has them up, will not hurt him.

We know the Lunarian race was even wiped out... King was constantly switching between flame on and flame off mode and we'll just find out the reason why. If King knows his form gives him near invincibility, there's no point in switching it off. Even King isn't that stupid.

As I said, this attack is so powerful that it can easily nuke islands. Even IF King somehow takes it, he's drowning in the ocean.
