To make things worse, his powerlevel was closer to bums like Queen and in Elbaf we saw WHY...
Both Doflamingo and Katakuri can come up with new feats, especially against the WG, navy or BBP. King is freaking crippled and his potential is less than that of conquerors.

Oda has barely established those "rules" when it comes to Lunarian and he kept things more vague for future encounters. It's as simple as it is.
