Why would you even have to wait until chapter 1189 to say imu ranks above him as a swordsman?
If you held this kind of position, wouldn't the sword of nothingness that withers everything in it's path be another obvious indication?
Or the sword that literally has aimbot via maki (Nemesis) , that can snipe anyone, you could have just said that makes Mihawks "hawk-eye" epithet redundant, and then mention him missing Luffy at MF or something.
All I'm saying is, you sure were slow in coming to what you now state is the obvious.

Empty hype? That's only because you don't want to see it. You call it "empty hype," but show me another character who has effortlessly neg-diffed heavy hitters like Zoro, Sanji, Loki, Luffy, and now Gaban, while also overwhelming Elbaf as a whole. Zoro can't even get past Sommers, who's using only a mere fraction of IMU's power.
Imu ranks above him as a swordsman, per Chapter 1189. Thats sad! Maybe only a haki man of the caliber of Joyboy could face him, and thats... Prime Shanks.
That's also why Roger or Xebec or Shanks > Mihawk as well, WGS title is a limited one, nothing like WSM title.

Zoro and Sanji werent effortlessly neg diffed, both are clean, up and fighting. In fact, Imu has failed to dispose of them despite landing clean hits against both. Wet noodles gang...
To be fair, he did put down two incompetent giants, Luffy and Loki.
The only misunderstanding here is that you overrated those two, as always and I kept telling you clowning Luffy has never been hard.
I certainly hope that Imu does well against Gaban, who in fresh condition failed to take out Sommers before 2 major buffs

Do you have any concrete evidence? Can you show any manga panels of another character accomplishing anything remotely comparable to what IMU has done? Does Mihawk have feats on that level? Does he even have a single confirmed on-panel victory? Has he decisively defeated even one notable opponent? Has he even disposed a singke ant. If not, why is he held in such high regard? By your own logic, wouldn't that make him a fraud?

IMU has ruled the world for over 800 years. Throughout that entire time; no one, not the legends of the past nor the strongest figures of the present, has managed to overthrow him. Even Shanks, Mihawk's rival, does not want to confront IMU due to his unimaginable strength, while he would fight with Mihawk ar anytime intended. You see the difference here.
Shanks instead has his high hopes on Luffy and his "toon force" to challenge the King. That is the level of IMU's might. As Kaido said, "Haki conquers all," and no one embodies that statement better than IMU, who has literally conquered the world.
