Monké Don't Do Taxes
Just so you know, confirmation bias is a tool of survival, it can be both good and bad depending on what you do with it.

I've experienced first hand that, unchecked, confirmation biases will lead you inevitably toward a form of reactionnarism. Now, this doesn't mean that you don't have to use it. In fact just like it can be usefull for survival, confirmation biases are also usefull politically when you need to check an information rapidly (this is a tool I uses quite often here).

Now, the trick is to UNDERSTAND that we are using it and CONTROL it. This comes only after being deeply aware of ourselves and learning how we function and what informations we tend to be susceptible of eating without attention.

For example, I'm highly susceptible to emotionnal reactionnarism. Mainly because I can't erase completely the way I have constructed my thinking process in the past. So I keep that in check, always.

As for information like this one (trusting a marxist more than a french man), it all comes down to a simple calculus of the viability of the information.

I know from experience that people on the far right spectrum will give me little to no viable informations, so in the balance, if I compare them to a marxist, even in the US, I have a lot more chances to agree with the marxist, so the result will be me trusting the US marxist far more than the french bigot.

It's not about tribalism, it's about the experience of oneself
Quick question: are you aware of the damages leftism can and has caused throughout modern history?

My guy, you are literally using a Wikipedia article to claim you know more about Brazilian politics than a native Brazilian.

Wikipedia is shit. It isn't an accurate and reliable source of information. Any moron can edit those articles. You even misread the article. lol

It doesn't get any more retarded than that. Now I see why you and Ilogiko suck each other's dicks so much; you are cut from the same cloth.

So much for the nice guy facade. Now we can trash you like the moron you are without feeling any pity for you, bastard. I don't give a shit about your friends either.
You're a loser for seriously talking to people like this man

He literally advocates for Populistic maoist stuff and suppression of Individualism and Romanticism, his only issue with leftists is how statist they are, ergo he thinks it should have been done by Lynch mobs, dig deep into his posts and you would notice this, he just doesn't wanna admit it because it would mean he is willing to see most users here die for his goals

Which is pretty hilarious given how his "religion" is the epitome of Romanticism in Shounen, One Piece

Ergo you don't know what you're talking about

Leftism is split between authoritarian and libertarian means

Authoritarian meaning using a state, state capitalism like the USSR or China

Libertarian meaning democratic organizations just made up of workers forming councils together that vote on stuff and decide

Places like the USSR literally formed by Lenin saying that all the worker councils were to be subdued to his own government, and done using state stuff

And the USSR and China massacred libertarian socialists

The biggest rivalry within the first international, and one that's well known, is Marx ( authoritarian ) vs Bakunin ( libertarian )

"Now we can trash you"

"Moron you are"

"Without feeling any pity"

"Bastard"

All in one message, of multiple pages

I think you're the one with deep mental health problems

Also

Libertarian socialist organisations are WAY more active and involved than authoritarian socialist ones

Authoritarian socialists just do cults on the internet now, libertarian socialists have stuff like foodnotbombs, cooperation tulsa, etc

Instead of sending you the true source, as you've never read an academic text in your life, I think I will use your ultimate move: Wikuriipedia Scureenshottu.

:finally:
"Opponent of MARXISM, ESPECIALLY the DICTATORSHIP of the proletariat, arguing that marxist states would be one-party dictatorships ruling over the proletariat, not ruled by the proletariat"

You guys don't read

BTW

Literally a big part of the OG 19th century big worldwide socialist organisation was arguing this, that the marxist approach would lead to a dictatorship

Bakunin letter to Marx
We used to live in an era where people who had ideological schisms could still value the merits of one's contributions towards a shared, yet, different vision. Bakunin opposed Marxism as he believed the transitional dictatorship of the proletariat would inevitably become a one party dictatorship that ruled over the working class.

Bakunin stated: "liberty without socialism is privilege and injustice, and socialism without liberty is slavery and brutality," which in his own vision means that freedom was achieved through self-governing communes, not the coercive centralisation of Marxism.

It isn't enough to just read, dude. You need to actually understand. I called him the Anti-Marx because ultimately, his vision within the 'revolutionist sphere' was different.

Christ.

Furthermore, may I add that 1868 is before the primary conflicts between Marx became prevalent. A quick look at Wikipedia rather than source materials such as Statism and Anarchy (1873), shows this as well. It's almost like people's opinions cannot change in the final 10 years of their lives. :seriously:

I'm in genuine wonder at how you guys will continue to justify dogging on me LOL

The conflict between Bakunin and Marx was always relevant, it was the core disagreement between the two camps of the international, and that book isn't the first time that Bakunin had written against authoritarian organisations

You saw:

Bakunin was against marxism, that means he was anti-Marx

I showed:

Bakunin was against marxism, as against authoritarian organisation, but he considered Marx a friend

You reply with:

Regurgitating my words?

Like it or lump it, when people refer to Marx in the modern context, they are speaking about the ideal he championed (Marxism). By saying 'The Anti-Marx' (a joke based on the antichrist, btw) I'm essentially saying he's in opposition to his theory (which you have agreed with in the above). Is that difficult to conceptualise, or are you so desperate for some kind of 'win' that you are debating over the semantics of a literal joke post that wasn't even directed at you?

You need to take a chill, man. It's as if you've been lurking here for the past ten hours waiting for someone to message. Go to bed, watch Hasan shock his dog, and then go to sleep in the knowledge you're a very good, and totally non-hypocritical Christian.

Peace. :BigW:
