Of the 9 named Divine Blades this chapter only one of them has not been shown on panel already. That is Muramasa, named after a 15th century Japanese swordsmith said to make cursed swors which call out for blood. This is nearly word for word the same description we are given of the Kitetsu blades in Loguetown. In fact, it’s almost certain that Oda was inspired by the legend of Muramasa when making the Kitetsu blades. Now since one of Imu’s top subordinates is already wielding the Shodai Kitetsu, it seems like a no brainer for his omen power up would be using Muramasa in conjunction with the Shodai.
However a lot of readers seemed to have misread the chapter and have come under the impression that Nusjuro will have to trade the Shodai for Muramasa or something of that nature. But a keen reader will see that Imu isn’t creating the 19 swords in the exact form they were in 800 years ago rather they are add ons to Sommers and Killingham’s original weapons. Sommers sword has thorn covered hilt when transformed into Gram despite none of the swords near the Empty throne being that distinctive. We can also see that they manifest differently based on the user, compare Imu using Gram in 1183 vs Sommers using Gram in 1189. Muramasa won’t replace
