Powers & Abilities How Strong Were The 19 Kings Compared to Established Legends

How strong do you think the 19 Kings who set up the WG to be? I think there was great variance between the individual power levels of the 19/20. We have an established top tier range of Roger, Rocks, WB, Garp etc. Do you think that all 20 were guys like Roger WB. I just think it would be absurd from a story telling perspective to put 20 Roger/WB level guys at the same time in the verse.
As for the weapons, I dont think that all the weapons are of the same tier either. The putting the weapons there was an act of establishing equality, a symbolic gesture of some sort. Even the weapons shown in the throne room are all swords it seems while we have Imu summon a spear, a gun, an axe and a dagger etc.
And to be clear I think it was stated or heavily implied that only Imu didnt place his weapon before the throne (will probably have to check if the missing weapon is the weapon of Imu or of Lily).
And lastly do you consider Lily to be someone like Vivi or someone like Yamato/BM, a very strong fighter type.
Imo the strongest families had their strongest figghters/kings become the Gorosei and the others became HKs. Only two families have shown a member in both a Gorosei and a HK, Figarland (Garling and Shamrock) and Shepherd (Worm and Sommers). Even at the hunting game there was clear difference in power level of the champions of the competing families.

I don't think its absurd really.. if you think about it a bit.

Back then there were no Pirates so the strongest people most likely held titles of Kings/Princes/Wandering Rouges etc. It feels like it was a warring Kingdoms Era and oppressed Races. While now we have the 2 Great Powers formerly 3.

Do i think all of them are in equal Strength ? No but relative in Power.

Now think of Roger's era.. how many names we have?
1-Roger
2- Rocks
3- WB
4- Garp
5- Sengoku
6- Gong?
7- BM
8- Kaido
9- Ray
10- Gaban
11- Oden
12- Herald
13- Elders
14- Imu

and who knows how many more .. since the current era had people like Fuji and GB lurking around..

So if the "Great Kingdom" and Great War Era only had JB and Imu then how come JB - Zunesha - Mermaid Princess - Emeth lost ?

But yea for all we know they could be 20 weaklings with powerful weapons.

I think they are all on more or less the same level, all possessing aCoC, the power of equality. And the swords are more or less the same tier also.

It's not wild for 20 Roger level guys to be around at the same time because that level is nothing special.
In fact, there were more than 20 because the opposing side also had an army that could match the 20 kings...

Rat and Doffy are too relevant of characters for their ancestors to be bums. Also the Donquixote ancestors is like the devil in Tontatta mythology so I’m guessing he will play some role in the void century backstory. As for the other 2, it’s because I think Warcury and Nusjuro are the 2 strongest Gorosei, and the Ethanbaron clan has to be related to Wano in some way since Nusjuro has the Shodai.

She was equal to someone stronger, Kaido, for half an hour... Sure, Kaido had the edge with superior defense and stamina but overall, pretty much identical performance. Thunder baguas, signature attacks ended in equality...

it is what feeds the forum, you never the weapons might turn up to be something that suddenly all fandoms want (like ACoC) even though they had been ridiculing the same and downplaying it every chance they got
And of course the weapons will translate to the strength of the wielders and agenda push will have a new heading

The 19 Kings all are extremely powerful and possibly the same level, the weakest giving high diff over the strongest
