What reason does your tiny, microbe-sized brain think Loki has for calling Shanks a coward?
Shanks refusing to face the World Government is his problem. He is not even from Elbaf, nor is he a giant. That responsibility belongs to Loki, who can choose whether or not to carry that banner. Loki would have absolutely no reason to call Shanks a coward simply because he does not want to take on a fight that is not even his.
The reason Loki calls Shanks a coward is much deeper: Shanks stopped Loki from committing suicide against the World Government by completely destroying him in a fight. It is THAT SIMPLE.
Dude, seriously, are you even thinking straight? “Something else could have happened besides Shanks destroying Loki.” Seriously, and what scenario would that be?
A bunch of random giant soldiers chained up the demigod Loki, the man who defeated the unstoppable HK Harald? LMAO. What happened to Gaban’s words about HK Harald being unstoppable by anyone in the world? So a bunch of trash, weak giants stopping Loki is even worse than Shanks destroying him in a one-on-one fight.
Or do you prefer the alternative where Loki, with the IQ of a sick, blind cockroach, who was burning to avenge his daddy after he was controlled and ordered to kill and take over Elbaf, made the smartest decision of all: chaining himself to a tree for six years? That was the best way he could think of to prepare himself against the World Government.

Go on, tell me, so I can laugh at what happened to Loki that made him spend six years chained to a tree.
