What reason does your tiny, microbe-sized brain think Loki has for calling Shanks a coward?
Shanks refusing to face the World Government is his problem. He is not even from Elbaf, nor is he a giant. That responsibility belongs to Loki, who can choose whether or not to carry that banner. Loki would have absolutely no reason to call Shanks a coward simply because he does not want to take on a fight that is not even his.
The reason Loki calls Shanks a coward is much deeper: Shanks stopped Loki from committing suicide against the World Government by completely destroying him in a fight. It is THAT SIMPLE.

Anyway there are many other alternatives to Saint Shanks 1v1ing Loki that we’ve discussed for a year, such as Loki already being heavily wounded from continuously fighting the same WG that Saint Shanks is terrified of, or Saint Shanks ganging up on Loki with his whole crew. These are two highly likely scenarios that wouldn’t in any way imply the brat who got negged by HK Harald is stronger than the guy who negged Harald lmfao.
